What is a Peer Support Specialist?

Peer Support Specialists increase positive outcomes for individuals on their recovery paths. Specialists share their own experiences to help others, and the five-day training offered by Vaya Health meets the guidelines of NC’s Certified Peer Support Specialist Program.
