GO Build Program Receives Provisional Affiliate Status from YouthBuild USA

Green Opportunities (GO) is pleased to announce that the GO Build program was approved as a Provisional Affiliate of the YouthBuild USA Affiliated Network on September 9.

 

As a YouthBuild Provisional Affiliate, GO will have access to leadership opportunities for program staff, technical assistance, resources, conferences, and advocacy for issues affecting low-income youth.

 

The YouthBuild USA Affiliated Network is a network of non-profit organizations located throughout the United States that administer local programs designed by YouthBuild USA for low-income young people who range in age from 16 to 24.

GO Pop-Up Dinners Return to Southside Kitchen

 

Our popular Kitchen Ready Pop-Up Dinners return next week!

 

Dinners will take place each Thursday evening from October 6 to November 3 in Southside KitchenThese three-course dinners in our interactive culinary classroom are cooked by the GO Kitchen Ready students and served by Kitchen Ready graduates and volunteers. The Kitchen Ready program is made possible through a partnership between Green Opportunities and Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College.
