Kitchen Ready Showcase Dinner, Friday, April 5th

Join the Green Opportunities Kitchen Ready program at 5:30 or 7:00 pm for a community dinner featuring classic French dishes prepared by the students of Cycle 22. This meal will showcase the culinary skills our students have honed during Tier I, their first eight weeks of training. Guests will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis. The suggested donation is $10 or pay-what-you-can. All donations support the Kitchen Ready training program. We hope you will join us for this special event!

 

FIRST COURSE (choose one):
* Beet Salad with Arugula, Goat Cheese & Raspberry Vinaigrette
* Vegetarian French Onion Soup

 

SECOND COURSE:
* Vegetable Terrine

 

PALLET CLEANSER:
* Lemon Mint Sorbet

 

MAIN COURSE (choose one):
* Coq Au Vin, served with Potatoes & Haricot Verts
* Sole Meunière, served with Potatoes & Haricot Verts
* Seared King Oyster Mushroom “Scallops”, served with Potatoes & Haricots Verts

 

DESSERT:
* Lavender Vanilla Crème Brûlée
