Join the Green Opportunities Kitchen Ready training program on Thursday, August 8th for a community dinner prepared by the students of Cycle 23. The meal will showcase the culinary skills our students have honed during their first 8 weeks of training.

Amuse bouche (choose one):
– Bruschetta 3 Ways

First (choose one):
– Empanadas
– Poblano Chowder

– Skirt Steak with Chimichuri
– Cilantro Lime Chicken


– Churros “Bacon & Eggs” style


We’ll host two seatings for dinner in Southside Kitchen, at 5:30 and 7:00 pm, with guests seated on a first-come, first-served basis.
