Gaining Ground Farm Dinner

Join Catawba Brewing, Chef Liam Luttrell-Rowland of GO Kitchen Ready, and Chef John Fleer of Rhubarb restaurant on the site where many of Rhubarb’s vegetables are grown for a freshly harvested farm dinner. Five courses of farm fresh food pair with five courses of Catawba’s craft brews and craft beer cocktails.
Tour the grounds of the lovely Yesterday Spaces special event venue, including a renovated dairy barn. Tour the acreage of Gaining Ground Farm, which has been providing organic vegetables to Asheville citizens for twenty years.
Proceeds benefit GO Kitchen Ready, a culinary training program that prepares graduates for employment in the food service industry – a free program for low-income adults. Check back in May for a full menu listing of delicious local meats and organic vegetables.
